This website is operated by RICARDO FERNANDES MILHEIRO, trading as Lucy Manchester.

Submitting an order constitutes a request to purchase products from Lucy Manchester.
After placing an order, the customer will receive confirmation at the email address provided.

- payment processing issues;
- reasonable suspicion of fraud;
- inability to complete delivery.
If we cancel an order after payment has already been processed, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Once an order has been prepared, processed or dispatched, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.

Accordingly, customers residing in the United Kingdom will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer rights and protections available to them under applicable UK law.
