RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Returns and refunds are only eligible for orders with a total value of up to £100.

Lucy Manchester accepts a maximum of one return request per customer. Multiple returns across separate orders may not be accepted.

We reserve the right to decline returns that show signs of excessive, repeated or suspicious return activity.

If your return request is accepted, we’ll provide the return instructions and return address. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods, such as food, flowers or plants

• Custom or personalised products

• Personal care goods, such as beauty products

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, promotional purchases or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item first. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must still be in the same condition in which it was received: unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, minus:

• Return shipping costs

• The 20% restocking fee

Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Lucy Manchester reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not comply with the conditions of this return policy.
